If you need urgent support, please contact your GP, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or call 000 in an emergency. We are not a crisis service.
We are a mobile practice covering the Adelaide metropolitan area and surrounds — north, south, east, west and the Hills. Sessions happen at home, in the community, at school or work, or by telehealth.
Not sure if you are in our area? Ask us — we will tell you straight away.
Send participant details, NDIS number, plan dates and the support being sought. We confirm receipt the same day and give you our current availability rather than an open-ended wait.
Bulk referrals welcome — email them through to us.
Anyone can refer participants, families, support coordinators, GPs and allied health colleagues. You do not need a diagnosis or a formal referral letter.
